MCAA 2002 SYMPOSIUM & REUNION REGISTRATION

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Please make your hotel reservations directly with the Norfolk Waterside Sheraton, Norfolk, VA, phone 800-325-3535. 

REGISTRATION: REGISTRATION FORMS MUST ARRIVE AT MCAA NO LATER THAN 6 September 2002. Please visit our website, www.flymcaa.org, for printable registration forms. Please send check or credit card info (Visa/Master Card only) to MCAA, PO Box 296, Quantico, VA 22134 or fax 703-630-2713. 

ALL REGISTRANTS AND GUESTS MUST PAY THE $25.00 per person registration fee. These registration fees are used by the MCAA to offset the costs of hosting our award winners and their spouses. Additionally, they help us offset the cost of running the convention. 

WALK-INS: Walk-ins are allowed, but all events are on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. To avoid being disappointed please register by 6 September 2002. If you are a walk-in, check-in at the MCAA Trouble Desk upon arrival at the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS: You will receive a full refund if you cancel by 30 August 2002. After that date ALL FEES will be forfeited, unless it is an emergency. Please direct all requests for cancellations to the National Quantico Office (800-280-3001; fax 703-630-2713).

DRESS CODE: The Memorial Service, Welcome Aboard Reception, Friday Fun Night and Saturday Aviation Symposium are casual; award winners will be in Summer Service "C" with ribbons. The Saturday afternoon Unit Awards Luncheon is coat & tie; active duty will be in Summer Service "C." The Saturday evening Awards Banquet is formal (tux or dark business suit); all active duty participants are encouraged to wear Evening Dress/Blue-White Dress "A." Award winners will be in Evening Dress/Blue Dress "A" for officers and SNCOs. Blue Dress "A" is optional for enlisted and deployed personnel; otherwise they will be in Service Dress "A." Casual attire is appropriate for all other occasions.

Transportation will depart from the Norfolk Waterside Sheraton entrance at 0630 for blocked tee times beginning at 0730. This is a practice round opportunity and there is no format. Transportation will depart from the Norfolk Waterside Sheraton entrance at 0630 for a 0800 Shotgun Start. Captain's Choice format will be used. The Golf Committee will determine the pairings and will make every attempt to level the playing field by using the handicap system. Prizes will be awarded after play. Please include 1) USGA handicap (or best guess); 2) golf shirt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL); 3) your bus transportation requirements (Yes or No) after each name.
